sync .csv files with custom list of sharepoint 2010

can any 1 have any idea how to sync .csv files to sharepoint custom list.....
or how to import .csv files to sharepoint custom list and update it automatically at regular interval time....

plzzzzzzzz help me out...

1] As you mentioned Sharepoint custom list, Every item has its attachment. You can upload .csv as attachment.
2] To update file in specific interval you can write timerjob or create utility(.exe). This can download load and modify file, then upload it again.
