Please provide the name of the company that is paying you to do this work. I'd like to send them a link to this question as evidence that you have no idea what you're doing and therefore have no business charging someone to do this kind of work.

'meeting arrangement' is a basic task. Your client creates the spec. The things it would need to do, are such basic ASP.NET that if you have no idea how to start, you don't know ASP.NET and should not be selling your services in this area.

Do you understand what a 'Meeting Arrangement System' is? Have you any experience creating a web application using asp.net/c#? If the answer to either is no (especially the latter) then you have a problem. What efforts have you made to solve the problem on your own?
