How to read images bytes from ftp server?

I guess I can not describe my problem my friends everybody say something but irrelevant

I have images folder in ftp server

I want to read image filename and size(byte,kb, mb) not filename lenght

I DONT WANT TO DOWNLOAD UPLOAD ONLY READ....

for example there is inside image folder ====> 1123432.jpg

only I will get 1123432 and size 11 bytes I dont want to download...
