How can I sync between folder's content?

Hi all,
I want to sync between folder's content, It's mean: Folder A has any changes (create, modify, delete, ...) which will influence to Folder B.

Solution 1

To do that, you need to compare the two folders. One obvious way is to compare file sizes and dates modified, and only do a deeper compare if either of those differ.
