Query : Write XLSX from DataSet on the fly without touching local file system

I’m trying to find solution for writing xlsx from a DataSet. What I’m finding in solutions everywhere is that they all write to some local file system first, then the file save dialog is displayed to ask the user to select a location to save the already saved file.

Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated.
