Mousewheel function not working with activex controll...pls help me out

I am having mousewheel zoom in function on a dialog appl ,When i am placing my .SWF file on same dialog this zoom in /out is not working help me out..(Or Mousewheel is not getting detected )..

Does your ActiveX-Control have implemented IZoomEvents interface? http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa770056(v=vs.85).aspx

My Activex control cantain login page...I have placed picture control in that i m trying to zoom in Bitmap image
