I can't seem to find codes or guides on doing a up-to-date whether forecast in my website. I want to display whether forecast in my website using web service. Can anyone help, and guide or solution will be deeply appreciated.

First you need to pick a weather "service". What site are you using to get your weather data from?

Hi. On the link below you can access the WSDL for a web service. In the Visual studio right click on the project, choose add service reference and enter the provided address in the resulting window. This will create a web service client which you can use to access the service.

Hey. I really don't mind if my answers are down-voted, but I think it would be decent if the person who down-voted an answer would at least explain his reasons. How else can we know what makes hour answers 'not good' and make them better?
