I have serched alot but i am not getting any proper link to download it..

plz tell me where i will get a proper link to download it.....

I think you'll be quite lucky to find a copy anywhere. If you are creating a web site using classic Asp there are plenty of decent editors that you can use for this purpose. Notepad++ springs to mind. Here's a thought: you could always try searching Google for editors that will suit your purpose.
