step step by procedure for blob detection

hello to all,
Any one can tell me a step by step procedure for detecting an object in a video using emgucv.
i want to detect only one moving object in a static background.
i want to detect that object, track its motion, get the path or motion direction etc.

but i dont know the step by step process how to do please??
