Can not load dlls in project

Hi there!
I have a dll with its lib file which i can't add them into my project.
The dll contains functions of a data card which i want to use for data acquistion.
I have uploaded the mentioned files here.

I'll appreciate it if anyone can help me with that.

No thank you. I am not going to download anything. Ever hear of a virus? Why should I be bothered anyway since you can't be bothered to formulate an appropriate question or adequately describe some sort of a problem.

Why don't you specify some more about your project, languages used, what you have tried and what exactly the problem symptoms were?

I have solved this by help of some nice guys in quick answer area.
The dll was not in managed format and I should have been using P/Invoke
