Check for Matalb License Availability

Hi,

I want to check if my system is able to get license to open matlab. I am able to open matlab when i get license. But when i dont get license, my .net application does not get control untill the click OK button on the matlab license error window.

Also, i am not able to close the matlab when i sucessfully get the license.

Please help me out on this
