How to detect pen drive using java and list the files in the pen drive

Sir,
I am working on a project wherein i need to access pen drive using java and thence list the files present in the pen drive in a JTree.
please help

also, i want my (java)application to automatically start execution as soon as a usb pen disk is plugged-in in the usb port.

please help.

FYI, you should be able to get going with the aid of google - other search engines are available - and a modicum of thought.
