This would appear to be a similar question to your last one, and the response is still the same.
What is the connection string you are using?

If you are using integrated security it may be that the account you are using does not have access to the database or if you are not using integrated security you do not have the correct sever/user credentials in the connection string, however if you do not post the connection string nobody can tell.
