DTS - DTSX Packages Migrations

Hi Friends,
I have 50 DTS packages in local hard disk (file system) i want to migrate that to SSIS packages without using DTSX change tool. Do i able to give input for migrate wizard from file system.Also i want to change execute dts 200 task in output.
