grid view multiple delete with check box

hello friend
.suppose we have gridview with 20 page size.we have deleted button outside the gridview.
I will deleted multiple records one time with checkbox selection.
when I deleted 4 records from gridview.the gridview show only 16 records .but our page size is 20 how it is done
please help me
