Drawing Cabinet program for carpenters

Hi dear people,i want to produce a program in C# which draws cabinets and calculates the cabinet materials dimensions,Fox example 30 cm width 80 cm height and 20 cm depth this is dimensions of the cabinet the program will tell me that u have to have two 80x20 and two 30x20 materials.and i will be able to add shelfs.i try to learn c# plz help me.

Doesn't sound like too difficult a project for a beginner. So not a bad choice. The only problem is that we don't know what help you need - you describe the project quite well, but you don't tell us what part of it you have difficulties with!

We don't what to tell you too much - it's your project and I'm sure you'd rather make your own decisions - so you need to tell us what you have done so far, and what you need help with. Use the "Improve question" to edit your question and provide us with better information.

Boards do have a thickness, too.

If you put things together the way you describe above, the cabinet will get either two floor thicknesses too high or two side panel thicknesses too wide.

And there's no front nor back to your example.
