How can i display the error msgbox when i click DataGridview without saving the Textbox values

hi
i'm vb.net developer i have one small problem i am design the form for client added in that form i using one datagridview, when i click the datagridview the particular column values all are displaying the textbox's
I WANT
i edit that textbox values time i click the datagridview means show one error msgbox
that msg " ARE YOU SURE SAVE CHANGE" in that time i press yes means that data all are updated in case i press no means textbox all are clear..
pls help me......
