Record Voice using asp.net C#

Hi All,
Can anybody help me in writing code to record voice messages from client machine and save it on server and latter on play it from server when click on play button. I want to implement on Web based C# application

I found several sites but non is working fine on client side.

Dont want to use any third party toll.
