Screen sharing application using c#

Is it possible to create a screen sharing application in c#? I just want to display someone's screen to another laptop/PC, no remote access, just so the other person can see the other person's screen. Is it also possible to do this in real time? Or at least a 1second delay. Any guide for me to start will help. Thank you!
