Providing Multilingual facility to existing vb.net web app

Hi Code Project Users,

I have already developed web application in vb.net. Currently i have requirement to show the app in english as well as arabic language.

I searched on net but all blogs saying that develop from scratch. so, can someone tell me the exact way to adding this feature in existing web app.
