Silverlight 5 - PhpMyAdmin Database Access?

Does anyone know the best way I can access PhpMyAdmin; I've tried using PHP to access PhpMyAdmin through Silverlight but had no success.

Just looking for the best/efficient way to access PhpMyAdmin which supports Silverlight 5.

Why would you need to access PhpMyAdmin? You can do most of the operations directly on the database without going into the management console. You just need to use the right MySQL driver.
