Run Time error in crystal report 13.0

I upgrade my asp.net (dot net 3.5)website to do net 4.0. I use crystal report 13.0 and visual studio 4.0. after upgrading when I run my website and run crystal report page.Then show following error.

Method 'get_EnableCdn' in type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptManager' from assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' does not have an implementation. <br />
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.TypeLoadException: Method 'get_EnableCdn' in type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptManager' from assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' does not have an implementation.

how can I solve this problem???
