CrystalReport: Two crosstab vertical/horizontal alignment in one report

Currently I have two crosstab in one crystal report and they are both working if there is only one crosstab to view (when i run my program and in preview mode). my problem is when i put them together in one report they are not there (no crosstab only clear report) if i run my program but in preview mode they are both there. I also tried adding SECTION in report footer so each crosstab have their own SECTION FOOTER namely "FOOTER A" and "FOOTER B" but still it didn't work. I want it to be display as crosstab above to another crosstab.
