How does your question title relate to your question text? I think you need to re-work your question into something where others can help you. Based on what you have written here, why not read your accepted solution to your question that was very similar to this, asked earlier this month ?

Being a "fresher" does not stop your posting correctly, just think about what you are asking and be sensible about it. Don't start posting about one thing and then post about something unrelated.
Also, use google first, something as basic as wanting some links about OOP Concepts is exactly why you should use google first.

If the answer gives you what you need please accept it.
