Crystal Report GroupBy Urgent Help

I have a form by the name of say form1, and another form by the name of Reports, in form 1 i have checkboxes, every checkbox's name is a Column's name in database, and if a user checks all the checkboxes, and click on Show reports button so form of Reports will open with the reports of the selected checkboxes only, now i want to add two radio buttons on form1, by the name of Group by: Name or Employee ID, if user click on radio button NAME so the report on the Reports form should be grouped by name and if user click on radio button EmployeeID so the report on the reports form should be grouped by Employee ID.....

any quick help will be greatly appreciated,
