How to save panel as image in a4 size?

I want to save panel as Tiff image in A4 paper size in window app.
In a Tiff image a panel should be A4 size.

The two "sizes" of image and paper are not that closely linked, therefore you cannot predict how many pixels an image must span to match exaclty one sheet of A4 paper.

But you can save the image in every size you feel comfortable with and at the time of printing, you scale it to the number of pixels the printer driver offers.
