I want to include a biometric fingerprint device in my project,so i want to know some details about the device like what are the outputs got from the device?,how its works? etc... can anyone help me?? I am doing the project in c# .net

Yes, someone can help you. A representative of the manufacturer of the device. Maybe one or more of them is the member of this site, but I would not count on it. You should better as one through their customer services, but before you do it, try to read available documentation.
