Scancapi.h header missing...!

Hello Everyone,

I was going through a sample project on socket programming and there was a header file named "scancapi.h" included in the solution. I tried to comile the same project on my PC but i got the error that scancapi.h header missing. From where should i include this file? I searched my complete Windows folder but i couldn't find it anywhere? Please help me.....
