Access radio button check state from a different Form

I have two forms,form 1 AND form 2,i have two radio buttons in form 1 .how to access the check state of form 1 from form 2 (Newbie)

Either pass the instance of form 1 to form 2 or pass the radio buttons or pass the radio button values.
