Camera Driver not working in Windows 8

I have a dll file called MLScreenCapturePXT.dll , it is used to register the medialooks screen capture driver for flash ,

When i register this dll in windows 7 the drivers get registered successfully and we can see them in adobe flash camera setting

but when i register the same dll in windows 8 , adobe flash camera setting doesnot show the camera in drop down list. Although i can see it in google chrome by disabling the built in shockwave flash.

Please Help me.
