All the information is there;

Change the last Part To;

byte[] DataToEncrypt = Convert.FromBase64String(Message);
try
{
   ICryptoTransform Encryptor = TDESAlgorithm.CreateEncryptor();
   Results = Encryptor.TransformFinalBlock(DataToEncrypt, 0, DataToEncrypt.Length);
}

i.e. all you want to do is change TDESAlgorithm.CreateDecryptor(); to
TDESAlgorithm.CreateEncryptor();

The other changes are just naming changes to make the objects names applicable.
