How to do Approval Process using Sequential workflow vs 2010 through code in SharePoint 2010 ?

I have Created Two Lists

List 1 and List 2

In List 1 I have columns Title and Status (Pending, Approved and Reject), Default value is Pending.

In List 2 Have same Columns.


Now,

In List 1 I insert data and My Workflow will started--->Data will Move to List 2...here In List 1 the Status is On Pending (waiting for Approval from List 2)

In List 2 Date has come and Status is pending . In List 2 My workflow will started the Status will goes Approved and
In List 1 the Status field also update(Pending To Approved).
