How to hide ,even the blank space where the chart is bieng occupied in ssrs

Dear Sir,
I have report with one parameter.When one of its value is selected,click on viewbutton, chart associated with the another parameter value should be hidden totally,even removing the blank space also.I am able to hide it but chart remains with blank data or figure .Pls suggest a remedy for it
