How can i change format in excel from General to Text by using in Javascript?

Hi everyone,

I have one problem with formatting my data from html's table to excel because some items, it starts with 000 and number. so when i export, all 000 of items will delete automatically.
ex: item 000123455 in html's table but in excel 123455( if i change from General Mode to Text, in excel will keep 000123455). I have checked with <x:excelworksheets xmlns:x="#unknown"> or <x:worksheetoptions> and i don't see property or method that can format this item to text.

So does anyone know how i can do or change from General to Text while i exporting?
