Is it possiable to transfer video over internet in c#

I have been working on AFORGE library and sucessfully got it working to interface and detect USB cam but what if i want to transfer that vedio over the internet and giving ip of that pc along with it possible??

and what are requirements

Didn't you post this in the C# forum 8 hours ago?
Wait until Monday - it is the weekend and most people are not working to day or tomorrow.

No it isn't possible to transfer video over the internet. YouTube has fooled everyone by transmitting a series of still images very, very quickly to give the impression of a video stream
