how to transfer data from jquery/client to server

hi my website users for access to internet use a network.on server has a log system and this save all message transfer on the network.in my website chat Some messages are confidential.I have a web service to send messages by jquery Ajax and encrypt data on the web service.log system can store message without encrypt What should I do?

Still not clear. How a Web service can possibly use jQuery and Ajax. Those are client-side things.
