How can I bind a GridView to a DataTable so that I can view all the DataTable rows in it?

You can do it like this:
gvTest.DataSource = dtTest;
gvTest.DataBind();


For iterating through the DataTable rows:
foreach(DataRow dr in dtTest.Rows)
{
  // Check at row level whatever you want to using dr
}
