Not able access print icon on toolbar of the crystal report

hi every body

I have a problem with crystal report.

it was running good but when i click any of the icon on the toolbar of crystal report they are not accessible.

Present i need to solve the print report problem.

when i click print option a popup box "print to pdf" with export button occurs.

when i select pages and click on export button an error occurs as bellow.

""Failed to export using the options you specified. Please check your options and try again""

for solving this error i have searched many sites and googled a lot but i cant, and not able to understand what to do.....


can any one please help me on this
