Create License setup using c#

I want to create a setup for application developed by me, for period of 1 year or whatever.
I want that the user should install on specific no of pc's for eg: 1 or 2 pc's. if the client tries to install on 3 pc then it should not install. If any free setup creator is available or any code which can help to do this.

Things like This[^] come out from google[^].

Anyway, with so many debugging tools out there it is very difficult to properly protect applications without using hardware dongles (or remote servers) for assembly encryption/decryption.
