Session time out in not working

Hi,

I am using session time out in my application.After session timeout i am changing the login

status of an employee to zero.This is working fine for 20 min.I am also using Forms Authentication

in my application.After 20 min it is navigating to the login page but it is not updating login

status of an employee.Can u please help out on this.I searched a lot on this.
