Client - Side Events in DevExpress MVC4 Appllication

I am trying to develop an MVC4 app. using devEpress template . I want to load a partial view (containing gridview with data from Model) in a click event of navigationbar item Click

How to do these any help plz?/ any sample project?..i am beginner in MVC

This is what i tried in my view
