hi all,

i need to update all fields in a single row in gridview...can anyone suggest what condition(if any) can i use in query to get it done? table has no primary key...any help is highly appreciated....

Solution 1

In Query use ID(In where Condition) to update a particular record

Solution 3

I did a lot of searching on this and found out that there has to be some kind of unique identifier for updating records...that identifier value can be put into data key names and not shown in the gridview...then all fields of gridview can be put in editable mode and updated...
