Get face image from a Biometric device

hi,

I am working on a Biometric solution.I need to retrieve captured image from Biometric device using c#.I am using Axzkemkeeper dll to connect pc to device.But i couldn't find any function which retrieve image from device...Can anybody help me through this...Please...
