add new record of radgrid in asp.net 4.0

Hi,

I have a telerik control radgrid. I have enabled the option "add new record" which is visible on top. when I click on "Add New Record" grid is not visible for me.

I have checked in google but I couldn't get solution
Please help me in solving the issue.
