Query builder for searching in desktop application

i want to make a querybuilder in my desktop application where user can search according to its need and requirement. suppose
i want to search 4 keywords
then user could add 4 text box and select 'OR' or 'And' Opertaoin b/w it.
plus he can also select the search operation e.g like , or = etc
