Doubts in select all checkbox

how to select all checkboxlist when i check on checkbox?

I've a checkbox(ID=chkEmpcodeAll--not in gridview). When i check this checkbox, all the items in checkboxlist(ID=chkEmpcode in gridview) should be selected and should display in different background colors or in some formats.

Hi Sriram You can Use combination of javascript and common click event for all the chkboxes...
