Reference.cs file is not added when web reference is created

When i Add WSDL as web reference ,reference.map file doesnot contain reference.cs file.What is the problem?

I can't tell you, but co-incidentally I added a web reference about 5 minutes ago and there is a Reference.cs under Reference.Map. Are you sure you are adding a web reference and not a 'service' reference?
