dev express can not load

hi dears,
i have a website project.
when i want run my project see below error:

Error 37 Could not load file or assembly 'DevExpress.Web.v13.1, Version=13.1.7.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b88d1754d700e49a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.C:\Users\Goldengriff\Desktop\Farhangi_Site\web.con fig 24

i install CodeRushXpress-11.2.13 but my problem not solved

Include the file in your bin folder.
