Transaction Publication with subscriptions is not working.

Hi,
I am trying to replicate the data with "Transaction replication with subscriptions".
I have done all the process according to this link

But data is not getting replicated into another instance of SQL Server.
When i check the synchronization status of subscriber it is showing this error

"The remote server 'server name' does not exist, or has not been designated as a valid Publisher, or you may not have permission"

In publisher table, Unique identifier column was added, but it doesn't added in subscriber table.

can any one know about this..?
