the site is provides information on systems of coordinates (azimuth and height) (equatorial coordinates ...). and it gives the position of the star in a file.
and the position of the moon and sun (formulas).

What have you tried? Where are you stuck?
"my project is chart" is not very helpful - it tells us nothing about what you are trying to achieve and what kind of help you need.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

That is not a small project!

I would suggest that you have a look here: Google: "star map software c#"[^] - it has been done before, and even if none of the info is exactly relevent to how you want to do it, it should at least give you ides of how to proceed. Have a good look at the link Google gives to Stellarium[^] - it's open source, and may give you some useful ideas.
